Valeri Anatoljevitš Rubakov (vene keeles Валерий Анатольевич Рубаков; 9. veebruar 1955 Moskva – 18. oktoober 2022 Sarov) oli Venemaa füüsikateoreetik. Tema põhilised uurimisvaldkonnad olid osakestefüüsika, kvantväljateooria ja kosmoloogia.
