Albumis on laulud, mis on ilmunud nende neljal albumil koostöös Century Mediaga (hiljem nad vahetasid plaadifirmat). Materjal nende 2014. aasta albumilt "Black Widow" ei ole esindatud. Laulude nimekirja koostas bänd ise. DVD (ainult USA-s ilmunud) sisaldas kõiki nende muusikavideoid, välja arvatud "Call Me". Albumi pealkiri on inspireeritud In This Momenti lojaalsest fännibaasist "The Blood Legion", mis on ühtlasi nende 2012. aasta albumi "Blood" 13. laulu pealkiri.
