Randel Kreitsberg

Randel Kreitsberg (sündinud 14. veebruaril 1983) on eesti ökotoksikoloog, teadusajakirjanik ja teaduse populariseerija.

Ta õppis Tartu Ülikoolis bioloogiat 2001–2005 bakalaureuseastmes, 2005–2007 magistrantuuris (magistritöö "Loode-Eesti naftareostuse järelmõjude dünaamika ja polütsükliliste aromaatsete süsivesinike (PAH) kontsentratsioonid reostusalas elava lesta (Platichthys flesus trachurus) kudedes", juhendajad Arvo Tuvikene ja Meelis Tambets) ja 2009–2014 zooloogiat doktorantuuris, kaitstes 2014 doktoritöö "Using biomarkers in assessment of environmental contamination in fish - new perspectives" ("Uued suunad keskkonnareostuse hindamisel kasutades kalade biomarkereid", juhendajad Arvo Tuvikene ja Toomas Tammaru).

Kreitsberg on töötanud Eesti Maaülikooli Võrtsjärve Limnoloogiakeskuses, Haridus- ja Teadusministeeriumis programmijuhina ja 2016. aastast Tartu Ülikoolis teaduskommunikatsiooni peaspetsialistina. Tema juhendatud magistrantide seas on Heli Kirik, Martin Silts, Merle Raig, Alvar Räägel ja Kateriina Rumvolt.
