Hi! I think that in general there is little use in leaving messages on vandals talk pages in English here in etwiki. They might not understand them or the messages would cause further confusion if for example the IP address is dynamic. Also I wouldn't call vandalism "test edits" and encourage to resume making them in the sandbox. I think that if any messages are needed, they should be in Estonian if the vandal is clearly an Estonian speaker. I appreciate your work rolling back vandalism though. We don't have warning templates, because it is believed that sincere human contact and custom written messages are better than robot-like templates. We warn editors for their vandalism only if it is really persistent and we think that the warning would achieve something. Mostly we just roll back and don't bother to spend additional energy to one-time vandals. Same goes for blocking. If a vandal makes a couple of small mischievous edits, there is usually no need for blocking, just removing those edits will do.

Hi, Adeliine. Sorry for not responding before. It's a common practice for some m:SWMT members (like me) to revert the vandalisms and warn the vandals. So, I am used to apply predefined templates stored in global javascript pages. However, we tend to follow the local guidelines. For example: on the Dutch Wikipedia, they don't warn directly the vandals; they simply use the vandal's talk page to place a register of previous vandalisms instead. Each community adopts guidelines that are accepted as its best practices. So, sorry for warning the vandals with predefined templates over here.
