The article in etwiki was started by a member of the BHK ([[Balti Ajaloo Komisjon]]) the producer of the BBLD. Members of dewiki making a lot of propaganda against BBLD, e.g. claiming it is a private project, "not needed" etc. But it is frequently used in the catalog of the German National Library [https://www.google.com/search?q=%22bbld.de%22+site%3Ad-nb.info], they cooperate with each other.
