"VH1's 100 Greatest One-Hit Wonders" oli telekanalis VH1 2002. aastal eetris olnud edetabelisaade, milles seati tabelisse Ameerika Ühendriikide ühehitiimesid. Saadet juhtis William Shatner.

Tabel loetleb muusikuid, kellel on olnud üks hitt Ameerika Ühendriikides, tegemata välja nende rahvusvahelisest populaarsusest. Nii ei peaks tabelis olema a-ha ja Nena, kellel on selja taga pikk ja edukas karjäär. Wayne Janciki kriteeriumite järgi ei peaks tabelis olema a-ha, Falco, Vanilla Ice ja Gerardo, kuna neil kõigil on lisaks ühele suuremale hitile olnud veel laule Billboardi tabeli kahekümne edukaima loo hulgas. Ka Los Del Riol on olnud kaks Top 40 hitti, kuid need mõlemad on olnud "Macarena" erinevad versioonid.
