In Amenas

In Amenas (araabia keeles إن أمناس, ‘In ’Amanās) on linn ja vald Ida-Alžeerias, 30 kilomeetrit Liibüa piirist läänes.[1] Piirkonnas pole piiriületuspunkti. Aastal 2008 elas In Amenase vallas 7385 inimest, aastal 1998 5302 inimest.[2][3] Alžeeria kirjaniku Mouloud Mammeri sõnul pärineb linna nimi tuareegi keelest ning tähendab "kaameliratsanike kohta".[4][5]
