Русский: Кутузов Роман Владимирович (1969–2022) — заместитель командующего 8-й гвардейской общевойсковой армией, генерал-лейтенант (посмертно, 2022). Герой Российской Федерации (2022).

Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 27 июня 2022 года за мужество и героизм, проявленные при исполнении воинского долга, генерал-лейтенанту Р.В. Кутузову присвоено звание Героя Российской Федерации (посмертно).

На почтовой марке изображены портрет Героя Российской Федерации Р.В. Кутузова, сцена боевых действий и медаль «Золотая Звезда».
