Rahvuslik Asutav Kogu (prantsuse keeles Assemblée nationale constituante) oli asutav kogu Prantsusmaal, mis arenes 9. juulil 1789 Prantsuse revolutsiooni esimestel päevadel välja Rahvuskogust. See tegutses kuni 30. septembrini 1791 kui see asendati Seadusandliku Koguga.[1]
