Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из двух, разделённых по диагонали сверху от древка, частей: голубого цвета (у древка) и красного цвета, в центре которого — проволочная подвеска белого цвета, напоминающая очертанием голову тура, расположенную прямо, ниже которой квадрат чёрного цвета с каймой белого цвета.
