Hi Oop, I hope you don't mind me writing to you in English. I am working on a draft article at [[:simple:User:Russavia/DipMis]], and I was hoping you could help me to find some information, and sources, that I require. I know that the Russian embassy in Tallinn was established in 1992, but I don't have a source for this information. Could you possibly help to find one? Any language source is fine so long as it is reliable. Also, I need to find out what date the consulate in Narva was opened, and also what date the consular department in Tartu opened. And again I need sources for this. I also need to find someone who can help with photos of the consular department in Tartu. Can you possibly help with any of this information? Feel free to reply here, or my etwiki talk page, I have them watchlisted. Any assistance you can provide would be great.
