[[Kategooria: Madagaskari poliitikud|Rajoelina, Andry Nirina]]
Andry Rajoelina who was given the name Andry TGV, became mayor of the capital of Madagascar in 2007. He agreed with some people from the opposition of power and those of the former regime to overthrow President Marc Ravalomanana who was democratically elected in December 2006, with over 54% of the vote.
[[Kategooria: Sündinud 1974|Rajoelina, Andry Nirina]]

Starting by emmiting speeches of the former dictactor, sought by the Malagasy State and exiled in France, Didier Ratsiraka, strongly criticizing the State led by Ravalomanana on his television station VIVA. Andry Rajoelina managed to trigger his plan because his television station was closed by a ministerial decree on grounds of security of the State. Rajoelina then accuses the President to govern with dictatorship and oppression the people of Madagascar and then began a campaign of misinformation on the radio station this time.

Having transgressed the Constitution and then giving an "ULTIMATUM" against the State, he renamed the Garden of Ambohijatovo as the "Place of democracy" by claiming loudly that Ravalomanana is the cause of poverty in Madagascar and selling 1.3 Million Ha to the Korean company Daewoo Logistic, information broadcasted on BBC. This information was immediately denied by the Daewoo and the government giving details of the case, that Daewoo, like other companies after verification, submitted a file, file not accessed. Thereafter, Ravalomanana made a denial and has reassured people that it is not signed but Rajoelina continued its campaign of demonization of the State by claiming the opposite and called for civil disobedience and the departure of Ravalomanana from the presidency.

Rajoelina methods are ugly and terrifying. He led his supporters to a demonstration and then go burn all the stores of economic factors not only in the capital but throughout the Island. Namely those of Mauritians, South Africans, Malagasy and those of Ravalomanana .. for example, were looted and burnt. Some security officers of these stores, and looters were burnt.

After burning the RNM and TVM (National Radio of Madagascar and Television of Madagascar), respectively the national radio and national television, in order to deprive the people of the island of any information and reality of the country, he then conveyed its own versions of events, through his radio VIVA and TV VIVA, which antenna was given back. In coastal areas, he agreed with some of the local opposition politicians and ordered civil disobedience, which has not taken effect because many supporters of Ravalomanana are still present throughout the island.

On 31 January 2009, he declared himself before his supporters of the place of May 13 as President of a High Authority of Transition and proclaiming that he runs the country from now on. The following week was bloody ...

07 February 2009, after appointing his insurrectional Prime Minister in the person of Moinja Roindefo, he wanted to install Roindefo at the Presidential Palace and not at the Prime Minister's one. Still wanting to legitimize his movement and dirty the president in front of his supporters, the duo sent the supporters to storm the palace of Ambotsirohitra. Gunshots were heard, making some thirty deaths. Andry Rajoelina disappeared before the assault. Ravalomanana later opened an independent commission of inquiry with the UN approval concerning the source of the fire, the conditions for loss of life of victims , the ballistic analysis ... because some people have found that there were also some fire from the crowd and not only from the presidential guard of the palace and that soldiers themselves were hit by bullets ...

Rajoelina then said to his followers that not only Ravalomanana made them poor but he is starting to kill people ... The events in Madagascar since then continued as Andry Rajoelina terrorized the people by sending his supporters out to schoolchildren, high school students to join his movement, by threatening and carrying out internal terrorism. The "Lycée Français d'Ambatobe" for example was taken as hostage. He also ordered to mark in black all the houses of all those who still support Ravalomanana then burn them, once these people identified. As examples, the PDS ofAntananarivo Guy Rivo Randrianarisoa and Moxe Ramandimbilahatra.

Among the acts perpetrated by the movement of Andry Rajoelina can include: burning alive a member of law enforcement EMMO-NAT (Staff National Joint Operational), public exposure of the body, torture and humiliation of pastor and president of the church FJKM Lala Rasendrahasina, making his own urine to drink ...

Beginning March 2009, a warrant has been issued by the Ministry of Justice, but he has found refuge and was protected by the French Embassy.

Soldiers (CAPSAT) then started riots and another presidential palace was taken over this time by soldiers who joined the movement Andry Rajoelina.

On 17 March 2009, Ravalomanana dissolved the government and military formed a board in place. The military, under the constraint of the mutineers have then given the power to Andry Rajoelina.

The Obama Administration, the International Community, SADC, the African Union and the European Union of Karel Schwarzenberg qualifie these acts as Coup d'Etat.
